The hub installs. This page only hands you the hub.
The hub finds your Unreal Engine, signs in to this account once, and installs any plugin the account holds with its dependencies. Windows 10 / 11, 64-bit, Unreal Engine 5.8.

Before the hub can install anything
Every plugin is added to an account first. Free ones with one click; paid ones bought here, or on Fab.
In the hub
The avatar circle at the top right → Sign in. The browser opens this site for a moment and connects that computer to this account. Install on a free plugin adds it to the account and installs it in one go.
